Rosemary Imhanwa – President, PMI Nigeria Chapter
Engr. Mrs Rosemary Imhanwa is currently a Project Management Consultant /General Manager at Kedahan Services Ltd, an engineering consulting firm that runs both management and core engineering courses for companies and individuals and as well as managing projects.
Currently she facilitates both Project Management and Production Operations courses for Companies like SPDC NPDC,WRPC in Warri and Portharcourt and C2G in Lagos.
She is a current holder of the Project Management Professional Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Her school background is Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria and currently she is a registered and practicing engineer.
She has served in the following professional associations in a leading capacity:

Ike Nwankwo – Director, PMI Nigeria
Ike Nwankwo is Projects Director at Kunoch Ltd, and also acts the Development Director for the Landmark Group. He is a seasoned and motivated project management professional with 25+ extensive years of experience in the full life cycle management of multi-sized and varied projects, in diverse sectors, covering, Architecture, Construction, Developments, ICT, Consultancy, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Business Process Engineering and Quality, delivered to core organizations worldwide.
He holds a BSc and an MSc in Architecture from University of Nigeria and an MBA from Middlesex University Business School, London, England. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Prince2 Project Management Practitioner (Prince2), a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and a Member of the Association of MBA’s (AMBA).
His past roles include, Special Advisor to a State Government on Projects and Head of the Bureau for Projects, Monitoring and Implementation, Executive Director at Distinct Management Ltd a Project Management, Senior Project Manager at Transport for London, Senior Project Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Senior Programme & Relationship Manager at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Director, Technology Group at Causeway Technologies.
He is extremely passionate about Project Management, dedicated to the advancement of Project Management in Nigeria and driven by the achievement of results through Project Management.
Arc. Peter Honest Dateme – Vice President, Communications
Arc. PETER HONEST DATEME is a Senior Partner at Divine Dimensions Consult- a chartered Architectural practice. He has a Masters Degree in Architecture with a major in Healthcare Architecture.
Arc. DATEME has several years experience developing, implementing and managing various projects within time, scope and cost constraints.
Professionally competent and registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria. A certified Project management Professional.
He worked with A-Micheletti (1992) where he prepared design schemes consisting of drawings and outline specifications sufficient to indicate spatial arrangements, material usage and design configuration with site arrangements and Architectural massing. He worked with Base Consult in Benin (1997) where he generated detailed drawings of proposed projects, and administered contractual documents. Undertook complete site surveys and prepared construction documents. Evaluated and maintained fire prevention details. In 2001 Arc. DATEME was employed as the Zonal Project Officer, East for Allstates Trust Bank PLC to coordinate their projects in the seven States of Eastern Nigeria.
He is a skilled communicator, able to assess needs and convey necessary information with clarity; Organized, detail-oriented and conscientious self-starter able to strategize and prioritize effectively to accomplish multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure. Olubukola A. Ilufoye – Vice President, Admin. + Finance
Bukola is a seasoned professional with more than ten years’ experience which cuts across Sales/Marketing, Project Management and Customer Service in Logistics and Maritime Sector. She has a science degree and started her career in Sales where she excelled with recognizable and undeniable results. She moved on to cut a stint in Project Management and got certified as a PMP in 2009.
Since certification, she has been on the team of several projects as a team member and more recently as an assistant PM. She has a high level of interpersonal relationship, with strong drive for results. She is also a good team player with the ability to develop ideas and optimize opportunities.
Bukola is engaged in continuous learning to keep up-to-date with the ever changing trends in the profession. Besides being a PMP, she is also a 6Sigma Yellow belt professional. She brings on board lots of value with her vast experience and passion for the advancement of Project Management here in Nigeria
Dr. Lambert Ofoegbu – Vice President, Professional Development
Dr. Ofoegbu holds a doctorate degree in Management from Walden University, USA, with specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change. As a multidisciplinary professional, he brings 25 years of experience in Organizational Development, Business Operations, and
Project Management with the added advantage of integrating organizational strategy across lean- agile optimal Operations.
He is a graduate of Town & Regional Planning and holds two masters’ degrees being the M.Sc. in Operations & Supply Chain Management (University of Liverpool) and MBA in Project Management Technology (Federal University of Technology Owerri) amongst other of his post-graduate qualifications.
PMI’s Professional certifications to his accolade include Project Management Professional (PMP®), Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®), and Organizational Project Management Professional (OPM3®).

Abubakar Abdullahi, VP Membership.
Abubakar is an Entrepreneur and Project Management Professional (PMP) whose work is driven by a passion for building indigenous companies that will provide meaningful jobs for the growing youth demographic, develop local technologies and build expertise towards ensuring shared prosperity for all. He started his career in the Construction industry before discovering a love for negotiation and sales. He later polished marketing and business development skills as a Relationship Manager at First Bank.
As Founder and Managing Principal of The Front Office NG, he leads a Marketing, Management and Outsourcing Company that is helping businesses, individuals and non-profits put their best foot forward. Adegoke Obembe is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Business Analyst. He is a versatile, analytical and creative Project Manager with vast experience spanning about 8years in Human and Business Management. He is a graduate of Agric & Environmental Engineering from the University of Ibadan, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
Adegoke is a seasoned Project Management Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Coach; he has trained hundreds of people in the education and application of Project Management Processes and Methodologies to achieve project deliverables. He started his Professional career with the Love of Fatherland Initiative (NGO) before joining Globacom Limited in 2007. Having worked in the Project Management Unit in Globacom Customer Care Department, he resigned in February 2013 to join Connect Marketing Services.

He has managed several projects across different industries which include FMCG, Technology, Financial institutions, Sports Associations, Government Parastatals, Telecommunications, and Entertainment. Deji Jemiyo – Vice President, North Branch/ Abuja Outreach Lead
Deji is an experienced Project delivery specialist with an extensive portfolio of experience in Project Management and Business Process Management. He has served as an “agent of change” for performance turnaround, and project management excellence by providing project management leadership for corporate strategic initiatives.
A Civil Engineering graduate of University of Ibadan, he holds several post graduate certificates including PMP, Prince2. Prior to Jeman Consulting, Deji was a Project Engineer with the engineering division (ETD) of NNPC and NETCO and was part of the OPMT (Owners’ Project Management Team) on several Joint Venture projects with Oil and Gas Multinationals (Mobil, Chevron, Agip and Shell).
Earlier in his career, Deji worked with Access Bank (Nigeria), and served as a research assistant in the Operations Management Department of the Lagos Business School.
Paul Omugbe – Vice President, Initiatives
Paul is an experienced Business Manager with over 8 years’ experience in Financial management, Business administration and value for money audit.
Paul is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK and also a diploma in accounting from University of Benin.
Earlier in his career, Paul worked with S. S. Afemikhe & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Senior where he took part in various audit projects namely, Nigerian Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI) Oil & Gas Audit, Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency Subsidy Review, and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Forensic Review.
Paul currently works as a Deputy General Manager at TRACE.
Olusoji Romeo – Vice President, Volunteers
Olusoji is a senior technology consultant and business management professional with over 25 years’ experience within Nigeria and the UK public sector. Some of his professional experience include – Head of ICT Services on a major PPP contract with a large UK District Authority; and in Nigeria, as Program Director for a major Federal Government project, the Computers for All Nigerians Initiative (CANi).
Currently Soji is principal officer at ATATU Resources Ltd, he provide business process improvement, training facilitation and project management services to a host of public and private sector organizations including Shell WA, PWC, Lagos State Government, University of Lagos etc.
He is an experienced Project Manager who holds the international PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Also, as an accomplished Quality and Performance Assurance professional,
I hold ISO 9000 Lead Auditor Certificate, in addition to various industry qualifications including the ITIL (IT information Library) Qualification from the British Computer Society and have led teams to gain accreditations such as ISO 9000 and Investment in People (IiP).
Mr. Romeo holds a BSc. degree from University of Nigeria, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Leicester University.
